Equipment Basics: rod, reel, net, waders, boots, and other gear
Rigging Up: Rod, line, leader, and tippet + fly selection
Basic Entomology (bugs!): understanding fish-feeding behavior
Casting Techniques and Reading the water: Learning where to find fish
Landing and Handling: Techniques for netting fish
What you'll learn:
Bike Set-Up: Tubes n’ Tires, seat height, brakes/shifters, general bike maintenance
Bike + body positioning: Stance, grip, pedal position
Gearing/Shifting and Braking
Climbing and Descending
Cornering and Navigating Obstacles
Helmet, gloves, knee and elbow pads. Fly rods, waders, and boots. Whatever you need, I’ll make sure you have. Plus, I’m looking out for you through all the feels and the fears. Confidence, trust, empathy, and a little encouraging push when you need it - I’ve got your back and your best interests at heart.
